Orders will be accepted through closing store date at midnight.
No orders are processed until after the store has closed. Your order will be available 10-14 business days after the store has been closed. Items will be available for pickup or delivery upon completion. If you choose shipping, NOTE there will be a shipping fee. You will be notified how it will be delivered.
You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. If you have not received an email, your order is not ready for pickup.

If you do not receive an emailed receipt with an order number, your checkout is incomplete, and your order has not been submitted. Be sure to enter a valid email address during checkout.
A few items are available in store for sizing or there will be a size chart next to the item you have selected. You are responsible for choosing your own size.
Please note that all items are custom and once the store closes all sales become final. Please select items carefully when ordering.

If the item ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to find a substitute. If similar order is not available within a 2-week time, you will receive a refund.
